Enforcement Proceedings Suspended in Turkey

Turkey – Enforcement and Bankruptcy Proceedings Suspended.
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, effective from March 23, 2020, all enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, except the enforcement proceedings related to alimony and child support, have been suspended until April 30, 2020.

This Presidential Decree 2279 does not impact the existing garnishments orders and employers are required to continue processing any related payroll deductions in accordance with the previously issued garnishment orders.
